Dylan White
Head of Promotion, Anglo Plugging
Dylan White joined Anglo Plugging in 1991 to assist with radio promotion. He was previously a musician, followed by a band manager and set up his own independent record label. In 1994 and 1995 Dylan was voted Music Week’s ‘Plugger of the Year’ and was featured on the front cover of The Observer Newspaper reviews section. In1999 Dylan became Head of Promotion at Anglo Plugging and his new team picked up the Music Week Award for Best National Promotions Company 2000. In 2005 Dylan was asked by the UK Radio Academy to make a documentary film on how playlists work, he then presented this and chaired a panel which included Heads of Music from Radio 1, Radio 2, Emap and GCAP at the Radio Academy in April 2005. Anglo Plugging have won Music Week’s Best Independent Promotions Team seven times.
